Because of Tyvek's strong nature, it is excellent for many packaging applications. Tyvek is  made by a “Flash Spinning Technology" and is almost impossible to tear. In the Construction industry it is used as a Barrier film for the external walls on many new buildings.  It is widely used as envelops for mailing. Tyvek is used in many “Multi-layered” applications a well.
