Styrene (H.I.P.S)
High impact Styrene is an excellent
product for applications where the substrate is not expected
to last for a long time. It is available in white and black,
custom PMS colors can be made with certain minimums.
Normally the minimum for a PMS color is 2000#. This product
lays flat and is great for printing applications. Offset,
Screen, Flexographic, Letter press, Digital, are some of the
ways you can print on the substrate. It is an very
economical product in the plastic community.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
•POP signs for temporary indoor and outdoor use
•Excellent for screen and offset printing
•Available in a wide variety of gauges and stock sizes
•Good for coating, metalizing, die-cutting and heat bending
•Higher heat distortion, as well as excellent low temperature characteristics
